You could use NON acetone nail polish remover and an old toothbrush, along with a white rag. You may have to do it again once it dries, like tomorrow. Keep working on it with the remover. It should get it all out. If that doesn't work, try Goof Off, bought at the big box stores in the paint dept. Good luck!
