I pick mine offHow Can I take Nail Polish of without Nail Polish Remover?
you can pick it of or apply a thin layer of nail polish over the old coat and wipe it of after a few seconds it should remove the old layer. How Can I take Nail Polish of without Nail Polish Remover?
I concur with Jane S--acetone is actually one of the solvents used in nail polish removers, as it effectively dissolves the reinforcing agents found in some nail finishing systems, e.g. Rimmel London's LycraWear lacquers (which include spandex for toughness), Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Hard As Wraps (a nylon-acrylic complex for hardness), Sally Hansen 10 Day No Chip (acrylic for hardness), etc. My own experience with acetone as a solvent includes cleaning plastic residues from various metal parts preparatory to soldering; thinning oil-based paints for removal from painting tools; and stripping paints from metals preparatory to a repainting.
Alternately, quick-dry agents for nail paints may be effective. I do not recommend mineral spirits, as they leave a film that prevents adhesion of new paint.

Put another layer of nail polish on but QUICKLY wipe it off with tissue. Not only will the top layer be gone but so will the bottom!

You could chip it off...you could also try soaking your nails in isoproyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide (just soak your nails in some warm water first)...then it should come right off.
Well if its a cheap nail polish it would probably be easy to just pick off or try using a vinegary adicy product makeup toner i no does work well ! x
Pick off the top layer of nail with your nails.
Or file the top layer of your nail off.
