hold a rag against the nail polish spot, then dab at the jeans with nail polish remover on the opposite side. it will push the color out and onto the rag... you'll ruin the rag, but your jeans will look better.... it can take a while but I swear it works.. it also works for getting out ink.How to get nail polish out of jeans?

chop out the bit wi the polish on
turpentine may take the color out of the jeans as well. if the jeans are already bleached this wont be a problem but i would suggest using bleach instead of turpentine. less stinky.
try rolling the fabric between your fingers by the spot. if its like any other finger nail polish my sister covered my clothes in it should come right off with minor discoloring
