My experience has been that this happens if I am sitting ';under a draft'; when I paint my nails. For example, you don't want to be near a ceiling fan or close to an air conditioner vent. The air causes the polish to surface-dry too fast and it causes bubbles. Plus I also notice that polish doesn't dry as pretty once the bottle of polish starts getting too old and thick. But mainly I think it happens when you are getting a draft blowing on you while you're doing your nails.What causes nail polish finish to bubble once it is applied to the nail and dries? after you wash the oil off reclean with acteone to make sure there no oil left over, then use you base coat and apply your color evenly, never put one glob and try to use it for the whole finger, also try not to blow on them you can get a small nail dryer from a hair supply store for about ten dollars.
SHOOK IT TOO HARD. OR THE NAIL POLISH WAS IN THE HEAT. PLACE IN COOL SETTING. SHAKE GENTLY.
