I have checked Sephora, OPI, Chanel, and several drug stores.Where can I get navy blue nail polish?

Boots thats where i got mine!
i wear navy nail polish and i found it at walmart or target... i think the brand was nyc.. you can also check other make up stores theres bound to be one store that has some!! good luck
Sephora doesn't even have it? Odd.


Try Googling for it and if you don't find it, there should be someplace that makes custom shades of polish.
Try the Dollar Store or some other trashy place.

I think there is Chanel ';No. 28'; I am not sure, but I know that Chanel is creating a black with blue marine tone that it plans to release in the spring.
