I want to buy the Essie nail polish color ';Downtown Brown'; and I don't want to order it online, because I don't want to pay shipping. The only retail place I've found that sells Essie polish in NYC is Duane Reade, but they sell the same colors in every store, and don't have this one. Maybe the company produces some colors in bigger quantities, for retail locations, and the other colors they only have available on line to make their production and shipping the most efficient. I'd pay the shipping, and enjoy the color even more knowing that I got the exact color that I wanted.
